Located within a 3-structure complex, VILLA BREEZE is the first of the
three, and with the turquoise blues of sea, sky and swimming pool abounding,
the villa constitutes a characteristic example of Cycladic architecture, in
complete harmony with its surroundings.
Airy, uplifting, meticulous in its every detail, VILLA BREEZE is surprising
in its simple elegance. White, light blue and sandy-beige shades abound in
fabrics and furniture alike. Marble and wooden flooring, Cycladic-inspired
windows and openings that allow the Aegean light to flood the interior,
decorative elements which impart a uniquely Greek sense of heightened

The sitting room and its decorative lines, both classic and comfortable, in

The round dining table, adjacent to the spaciously functional kitchen,

The ground floor also has a guest WC decorated in the same simple refined

From the ground floor, a safe wooden staircase with walls rather than
railings on either side, leads to the first floor where two of the villa's
four bedrooms are located.

The exterior of the villa is awash in shades of white, grey and light blue,
a perfect combination against the simple natural splendor of the island of
Mykonos. The interior, set against a white backdrop, with wooden ceilings,
smooth surfaces, linen and sailcloth fabrics, curtains and upholstery in
sandy beige shades with blue accents, all in harmony with the Cycladic

Four bedrooms on the first and ground floors, all with stunning views; they
compose sleeping areas that exude tranquility
One of the two first-floor bedrooms, it showcases serene, pastel shades
within a specious area covered in warm wooden flooring and a light decor,
with sea views from its balcony. A queen size bed framed by nightstands on
either side, carefully planned lighting, a French country-style vanity,
matching curtains and white bedding make for a cozy Cycladic-style setting,
ideal for restful relaxation. Through the hall with its built-in closets, we
arrive at the bathroom. Smooth walls in dusty pink shades, a glass-enclosed
shower and simple lines in the Cycladic cubic style create a lovely,
functional bathroom with a feminine flair.
This bedroom has been decorated in colors of the sea and is located on the
ground floor close to the sitting room and dining area. A more masculine
feel pervades the "Thalassa" bedroom, with its queen size bed boasting a
blue striped headboard, matching nightstands, and other elements that are
reminiscent of a nautical style, including blue and white striped sailcloth
curtains.

Built-in closets grace the hallway leading to the bathroom, which is serene
in sand-colored shades of beige. A shower, pebble-lined elements recalling
the sea and carefully chosen accessories create a simple, functional space
that radiates sophistication.

This ground-floor bedroom in shades of yellow, with its marble flooring is
refreshing and cheerful, and has two twin beds with a nightstand in between
and a row of built-in closets leading to a private bathroom. Decorated along
the same stylistic lines as the villa's other bathrooms, with simple cubic
elements, a shower and luxurious bath accessories, the "Mimosa" bedroom with
its private bath offers comfortable accommodation and contemporary amenities
that flawlessly meets the needs of its guests

A whitewashed, cube-shaped structure with decorative elements created using
the distinctive local stone, the villa blends in with the shrub-studded
Cycladic land, with its surrounding Mediterranean gardens opening up to
views of the Aegean Sea beyond.

Two comfortable sitting areas, spacious and relaxing, dominate the villa's
outdoor area. One, shaded under a wooden pergola, is ideal for afternoons
when the sun is at its most intense, while the other, set in an open,
uncovered area, is perfect for relaxation and discussion at all hours of the
day or night.

The pergola-covered sitting area is completed by a large dining table,
ceiling spotlights for atmospheric or more intense lighting and ceiling fans
that ensure cool breezes during the hotter afternoon hours.

The swimming pool area, with its comfortable sunbeds and shaded spaces for
those who prefer not to sit under the hot sun, is perfect for lazy days when
a dip in the pool away from the crowds and without having to drive anywhere
is exactly what is needed.
Mykonos Breeze, nestled between two of the island's most coveted beaches,
Ornos and Ai Yiannis, and just a 15-minute drive from many of the island's

5 minutes from the sheltered, windless beach of Ornos: unruffled in even the
most intense of winds on the "windy island", quiet and relaxing in spots and
more cosmopolitan in others, with dozens of restaurants serving the best in
Greek and international cuisine. Ornos is an organized beach boasting
comfortable sunbeds and beach umbrellas, and is famed for its crystal-clear
waters and spotless sandy coastline.

5 minutes from the beach of Ai Yiannis: famously featured in the movie
Shirley Valentine, gazing out to the west, characteristically quiet, favored
by visitors who prefer tranquil, lazy days at the beach with stunning views
of the sacred island of Delos stretching out before them.

5 minutes by car or just a 20-minute walk on cooler days from the area's
supermarket and its full range of food and other necessities. In addition, a
butchers, bakery, pharmacy, hair salon and beauty center round out the list
of conveniences available in close proximity to the villa.
