Villa Cleo can accommodate 6 persons


It is developed in two levels which are connected with internal stairs and consists of:
- 1st level of 72.0sq.m. that includes comfortable living room, dining room, functional kitchen, WC with shower and big verandas with pergolas with marvelous view to the sea. The verandas are connected with the private swimming-pool by stairs.
- 2nd level of 99.0sq.m, that includes living room, connected to kitchenett, three bedrooms, a bath, water tank and a support room of 4.00sq.m, for storage and laundry use. The space which faces the seaside, due to the existing bents of the ground, is considered as ground floor and is direct and functional connected by stairs with the private swimming pool.


The residence CLEO is suited in a area of 1,519.60sq.m, which is part of the whole plot, and its limits are defined by stone fences and planting developed at different levels following the inclination of the ground.
In the private outer space of the residence there is a shaped place used for car parking and another one of 162.0sqm, where the swimming-pool of 52.25sq.m, (9.50m x 5.50m), the douche and the barbeque have been constructed.
The verandas in the two levels are 132.65sq.m, offering a marvelous view to the sea and ELIA beach, meanwhile a large part of them is covered by pergolas.
